Carly Rae Jepsen is ready to bring a little Day and Night magic to the stage, and she's going bigger than ever. The Canadian pop star has announced her 2027 North American tour, which will include her first-ever headlining performance at New York City's Madison Square Garden.
The announcement comes shortly after the release of her latest album, Day and Night, which arrived on Sept. 18. Jepsen shared the exciting news on Thursday, Oct. 1, giving fans plenty to look forward to as she prepares to hit the road next spring.
“WE GO HARD IN THIS FAMILY! Can’t wait to see you all this Spring for the Day and Night Tour 2027,” wrote Jepsen alongside the announcement on social media.
Carly Rae Jepsen Is Hitting the Road in 2027
The Day and Night Tour kicks off on Thursday, April 15, at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton, Alberta. From there, Jepsen will travel across North America, making stops in major cities including Vancouver, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Nashville, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and Toronto.
The 26-date run will wrap up on Saturday, May 29, at MTELUS in Montreal, Quebec. One of the biggest moments of the tour will come on May 15, when Jepsen takes the stage at Madison Square Garden in New York City for the first time as a headlining act. The iconic venue marks a major milestone for the singer, whose pop hits have earned her a dedicated fan base over the years.
Fans hoping to secure tickets can sign up for the Artist Presale through Sunday, Oct. 4, at 11 p.m. ET. The presale begins Tuesday, Oct. 6, at 10 a.m. local time, with additional presales taking place throughout the week of Oct. 5. General ticket sales will open Thursday, Oct. 8, at 10 a.m. local time. More information is available on Jepsen’s official website.
New Album, New Family Chapter
The upcoming tour also marks an exciting new chapter in Jepsen's personal life. Day and Night is her first album since welcoming her first child, son Ilya Blue, with husband Cole M.G.N. in March.
The singer recently opened up to PEOPLE about balancing motherhood and music, joking about how much of her creative process her little one experienced before birth.
“This poor child has heard so many mixes [of my songs] in my belly,” she quipped in a recent interview with PEOPLE.
M.G.N., a music producer, also played a role in bringing Day and Night to life, working with Jepsen on several tracks from the album. Having her husband involved in the creative process has given the couple a chance to share their love of music in a whole new way.
“I’m really glad I landed with an artist as a partner; I can’t imagine anybody else getting it,” she told PEOPLE. “It is a little bit weird to walk around and be shouting at your partner, like, ‘Quick, grab the phone. I have an idea’ — and they don’t bat an eye and are hearing you sing something from the shower, and it’s just a normal part of the day.”
With a new album, a growing family and her biggest tour to date on the horizon, Jepsen has plenty to celebrate. And for fans, the Day and Night Tour 2027 will be a chance to hear her latest music live alongside the songs that have made her a pop favorite.
