Pitbull to Release 14th Studio Album ‘Pitcoin’ on Oct. 8, Joins Billboard Latin Music Week Lineup

Pitbull will release his 14th studio album, Pitcoin, on Oct. 8. The Miami-born artist, whose real name is Armando Christian Pérez, will also perform at Billboard Latin Music Week in October. Billboard wrote, "The event is the longest-running, highest-profile, and most influential gathering in Latin music."  

Pitcoin will have several singles already heard by fans, including "Privacy" with Jason Derulo, "Damn I Love Miami" with Lil Jon, "Pa'Los Envidiosos" with Lenier, and "Yeehaw" featuring FILMORE. Pitbull is touring with Lil Jon on the I'm Back Tour, which has hit cities across the US, Europe, Canada, and the UK.

Pitbull, who often calls himself Mr. Worldwide, made headlines at London's BST Hyde Park. He helped set a Guinness World Record for the biggest gathering of people wearing bald caps. Over 22,000 participants joined a crowd of about 70,000 people.

The Cuban-American singer is a business mogul. His 13th album, Trackhouse, debuted in July 2023. He runs Mr. 305 Records, his own label, and Voli 305 Vodka. He also co-founded SLAM! (Sports Leadership Arts Management), a tuition-free public charter school network serving more than 10,000 students across 14 campuses in the US.

The I'm Back Tour will conclude on Sept. 26 in Shakopee, Minnesota. After the last show, the artist will head to Miami in October for Billboard Latin Music Week. Other performers joining the event will include Greeicy, Jay Wheeler, Jessi Uribe, Kany García, Lola Índigo, Paola Jara, RaiNao, Rawayana, Ryan Castro, Trueno, and Zhamira. More acts will be announced soon.

Billboard Latin Music Week will take place at the Faena Forum in Miami Beach from Oct. 19 through 22. This year's theme is Global Consolidation, spotlighting how the genre keeps expanding through performances, conversations, panels, workshops, showcases, networking, and fan experiences. The event will happen alongside the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards on Oct. 22 in Miami.
