WWE Star Blake Monroe Invites Sabrina Carpenter for Live Entrance Performance

Blake Monroe wants Sabrina Carpenter to perform her entrance theme song live before she makes her big in-ring debut on WWE's main roster. The wrestler made this request during an appearance this week on TMZ Sports' Inside The Ring. "I kind of want Sabrina to sing me to the ring," Monroe said. "I think she would sing my theme song well. Maybe do her own version. Sabrina, if you want to."

Carpenter inspired Monroe when she created her entrance music. Monroe collaborated with the company's production team to build the theme.

"I connected with them," the wrestler said. "I sent them a bunch of inspiration, which was Sabrina, Ariana Grande, and then kind of described my character because the song, if you actually listen to the lyrics, is kind of like the way I dress and I act and everything."

Monroe got promoted from NXT to SmackDown in recent weeks. The company has teased her arrival for several weeks. Her in-ring debut for SmackDown should happen soon. She already has one of the most recognizable entrances in the company.

Monroe also helped adjust the tempo of her theme music. She added electric guitar elements to the track and created the spoken Glamorous Forever opening that fans now associate with her entrance.

A live performance by Carpenter could happen at a major WWE event soon. The invitation is out there, and the decision rests with the pop star. Monroe also mentioned Jennifer Lawrence as another celebrity she might consider teaming with inside the ring.
