Post Malone had an emotional message for Jelly Roll as the two artists wrapped up their massive 2026 Big A** Stadium, Part 2 tour in Salt Lake City, Utah.
During the final show of the run, Posty took a moment onstage to publicly thank his longtime friend and collaborator, praising Jelly Roll for his music, his performances and the love he continues to share with fans around the world.
The heartfelt exchange came after the pair performed “Losers” together, allowing Malone to turn the tables after Jelly Roll had frequently used their joint performances to express his appreciation for being part of the tour.
Post Malone Opens Up About His Friendship with Jelly Roll
After performing “Losers,” Malone addressed Jelly Roll directly in front of the Salt Lake City crowd.
“I just want to do this in front of the world,” Posty began, before admitting that he wanted Jelly to know just how much their friendship meant to him.
The “Rockstar” singer then jokingly acknowledged how emotional the moment was, asking the audience whether it was strange for a grown man to publicly profess his love for another man.
But beneath the humor was a sincere message of admiration.
The two musicians also reflected on the incredible journey they've shared over the past two years.
Malone pointed out that they had toured together across the country not once, but twice. Jelly Roll quickly corrected him, reminding the rapper that their adventures had extended beyond North America.
“You took me to Europe for the first time,” Jelly told him. “My first international tour was because of you, Post”.
Jelly was referencing his need to get a pardon to travel overseas because of his prior convictions. “You took a f****** felon all the way to Europe with you.” Post playfully responded by calling him one of his “top five favorite felons in the world.”
“Thank You for Sharing Your Love with the World"
Post eventually returned to the more serious message he wanted to deliver.
“Thank you for sharing your love with the world,” he told Jelly Roll. “Thank you for sharing your music with everybody.”
He also praised Jelly for bringing his best to the stage night after night, thanking him for putting on an incredible show for their fans. The most emotional part of the exchange came when Post promised that his support for Jelly would extend far beyond their time on tour. “No matter what you will ever do in life, that I have your f****** back and I love you more than I could ever f****** say,” Post told him.
Jelly Roll, visibly moved by the tribute, responded simply, “I love you, Post,” before leaving the stage.
