Gracie Abrams got her first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart. Daughter From H*ll landed at the top spot with 124,000 equivalent album units in the United States during the week ending July 23.

This third studio album represents the best week ever for the singer-songwriter. Abrams first talked about the album in May, and she released it on July 17. Two hits on the Billboard Hot 100 came before the album: "Hit the Wall" and "Look at My Life."

The title comes from her teenage years. Her previous album, The Secret of Us, debuted and peaked at No. 2 in July 2024. That project became her first to hit No. 1 in the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Netherlands.

On Instagram, Abrams wrote, "I'm so moved to hear from those of you who are connecting with the record so far. Really, truly, your messages have made my heart grow ten sizes."

Aaron Dessner of the National produced Daughter From H*ll. He also produced her first album, Good Riddance, and its follow-up, The Secret of Us. The new project features writing credits from Justin Vernon, Audrey Hobert, and Paul Mescal, who co-wrote "Imaginary Friend."

The 26-year-old performer is the sixth act to land a first No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in 2026. Noah Kahan, Ella Langley, Megan Moroney, Don Toliver, and Megadeth also reached this achievement.

Abrams released two bonus tracks, "Love Letter" and "Out of Nowhere," as limited-time downloads after the album debuted.

Other albums filled the remaining top spots on the chart. Olivia Rodrigo's You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love sits at No. 2, Morgan Wallen's I'm the Problem claims No. 3, and Ella Langley's Dandelion takes No. 4. BTS' Arirang jumped from No. 26 to No. 9 after the release of a vinyl picture disc edition.

She announced the 64-date Look at My Life international arena tour, which will start in North America in December and continue through March 2027. The North American leg will include 37 shows. It will begin at Denver's Ball Arena before wrapping up on Mar. 16 through 20 at Brooklyn's Barclays Center. Then, the tour will move to the UK and Europe for 27 shows in April and May.
