According to Starz, the blockbuster Michael Jackson biopic Michael will begin streaming exclusively on Starz starting August 10, 2026. The announcement comes after the film's record-breaking theatrical run. The movie has become Lionsgate's highest-grossing movie ever and surpassed the $1 billion mark at the global box office.

The biopic was directed by Antoine Fuqua, written by John Logan, produced by Graham King, and stars the King of Pop’s nephew Jaafar Jackson. The film follows the life and career of the King of Pop, showcasing his rise to superstardom while exploring both his groundbreaking achievements and personal struggles.

The Starz channel will be the home to the blockbuster film starting at 7 p.m ET/PT that day. The move to Starz gives fans another chance to experience one of the biggest music biopics ever made from the comfort of home.
