Columbia County's priciest houses sit in Evans. All five. Prices stretch from $2.43 million up to $3.2 million, with the top property at 881 Audubon Way commanding that upper figure for its sprawling 9,600 square feet, eight bedrooms, and 9.5 bathrooms.

Houses in Columbia County during May 2026 had a median list price of around $379,900, per Realtor.com. That's down from March's $385,000.

Second place goes to 30 Champions Parkway at $2.6 million. Eight bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms fill 3,613 square feet, and buyers get four Champions Retreat Golf Club memberships thrown in.

This cottage sits on the final hole of a nine-hole course built by three-time Masters Tournament winner Gary Player. Champions Retreat has two other nine-hole courses—one from Jack Nicklaus, another from Arnold Palmer, who together won 10 green jackets.

Blair Cottage on 205 Minchew Lane takes third at $2.5 million. It's 4,525 square feet and holds eight bedrooms, and each connects to a private bathroom.

Another $2.5 million listing stands at 1863 Champions Circle. This 7,465-square-foot house has five bedrooms plus 7.5 bathrooms. Buyers receive all TVs and appliances, along with a Napoleon grill, Scotsman ice machine, steam room, surveillance cameras, and motorized sunshades.

At 2025 Grace Avenue, the fifth listing asks $2.43 million. Nearly $800,000 came off the asking price over recent months. Five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms occupy 7,180 square feet.

Jones Creek Golf Course just reopened behind the Grace Avenue house's backyard. Pools, entertainment areas, or golf course access come with all five listings.
