Congratulations to Kansas City Chiefs Quarterback Patrick Mahomes & his fiancee, Brittany Matthews! They couple announced on Instagram that they are expecting their first child.
The high school sweethearts got engaged last month and plan to put their wedding on hold. "Taking a small detour to the wedding," Brittany wrote on social media.
Mahomes was named the NFL's MVP in 2018. The Chiefs' record is 3-0 after their win over the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night (9/28).
